Referral Programme Terms

Who runs it

The Whirlwind referral programme is run by the trader named on our Legal & Company Information page. You take part as an independent referrer. Nothing here makes you an employee, agent or partner of Whirlwind, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over who can legally receive payments where they live. We may decline a signup, or close a referral account, at our discretion. One account per person.

What you earn

You earn a one-time commission for each completed purchase made through your referral link:

• BUILD: $50 per sale
• ACCELERATE: $75 per sale
• TEAM: $100 per sale

A purchase counts as yours when the buyer clicked your link within 60 days before buying, on the same browser and device. If they clicked someone else's link more recently, that person gets the credit. Attribution relies on your link: purchases made after clearing browser storage, in a different browser, or without clicking your link cannot be credited. There is no cap on the number of referrals.

What does not count

• Your own purchases, or purchases you make on someone else's behalf.
• Purchases that are refunded or charged back.
• Purchases resulting from spam, misleading claims, or any breach of the rules below.

Holding period and refunds

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. This is longer than our refund window, so a sale that is refunded earns nothing. If a sale is refunded or charged back after we have already paid you for it, we may deduct that amount from your future commissions or ask you to return it.

Payouts

We pay payable commissions at least once a month, in US dollars, to the PayPal (or Wise) account you gave us. You can see what you have earned, what is pending and what has been paid on your private dashboard. If we have no valid payout details for you, commissions stay on your account until you send them to hello@whirlwindai.xyz. Fees charged by your payment provider are yours.

Rules

• Disclose the relationship. Wherever you share your link, make it clear you earn a commission. Consumer-protection law in the EU, the UK and the US requires this.
• Describe the product accurately. Don't promise features, results, discounts or support that Whirlwind doesn't offer.
• No spam. No unsolicited bulk email or messages, and no posting your link where it isn't welcome.
• No brand bidding. Don't bid on "Whirlwind" or close variants in paid search, and don't present yourself as us.
• No gaming. No fake accounts, self-referrals, cookie stuffing or anything else that claims credit for a sale you didn't refer.

If you break these rules we may withhold unpaid commissions and close your account.

Taxes

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your commissions where you live. Before paying, we may ask for details we need for our own records, such as your legal name, country and tax number, or an invoice.

Changes and ending the programme

We may change these terms, the commission amounts, or end the programme. We'll post changes here and, for anything that affects your earnings, email you first. Commissions earned before a change take effect are paid on the terms that applied when the sale was made. You can leave at any time by emailing us.
